WHAT WE DO?

Cromaria Youths and Women Empowerment Initiative (CYWEI)

CYWEI is designed to create economically viable environment for youths and women by providing vocational skills knowledge and empowering them with the right support system for afterward sustainability.

Skill acquisition overtime has turned out to be a great contributor to any nation’s economy if properly harnessed. So the focus, youths and women will play out to be the best population scope to adopt for this project.

The project comes with multiple skills economically viable.

Cromaria Intervention programs (CIP)

The CIP is a special intervention program designed to give audience to events that unfolds unwillingly but usually caused by nature or negligence of the people, government, banditry etc.

Overtime, we have received unexpected cases in this regard that requires unplanned interventions. So as NGO, we are always very ready to bring to table strategies and tools that will immediately help the situation.

Event like this include special interventions to the IDP camps, Special Accident cases with stationed Ambulances service. Event caused by natural disasters, etc

Cromaria Special Education Support Programs (CSESP)

Education is very robust, so Cromaria care Foundation offers special educational supports to student, schools and teacher in rural communities. This support caters for Scholarships, renovations of community schools infrastructures, building of library, Clinic, Football pitches for schools and intervention for special children.

Cromariacare Foundation focuses on sustainable interventions within the educational scope to match up to the standard obtainable in the modern schools in urban locations.

Cromariacare Foundation goal is to ensure students in these communities have updated exposure that will add up to their education success.

Cromaria women in agriculture development Initiatives ( CWADI)

Women are the majority of farmers in many countries. Research has shown that both men and women share same level of participation in Agriculture and to some extent men are still regarded as the leader farmers. This in most cases has denied women unconsciously from accessing developmental inputs either from government, individuals, NGOs etc. Men have always been fronting.

The conflicting issue is that if we keep sidelining the women in Agriculture, there will be continuous shortage of food in the economy. The implication is that women will continue to farm on a small scale to cater for family and probably sell few to get some fund to keep up the body.

So CWADI is a developmental initiative designed for women in the rural communities to guaranty and proffer sustainable food security by providing relevant mechanism, tools and supports for women to double up the male farmers efforts.

This project will cater for small, medium and large scale farmers.
